Privacy policy

Mental health is personal. We designed EasyBreezyMind so that the most sensitive things you do here never reach us.

What stays on your device

Your thought reframes, breathing sessions and Nervous System Check answers are stored only in your browser’s local storage. They are not sent to our servers. Clearing your browser data, or using “Delete all my data” in My Calm, removes them permanently. They do not sync between devices.

What we collect

• WordPress accounts and purchases: your account email, necessary account and session details, purchase references and access status. These identify your Toolkit purchases and Calm Plus access in one account.
• Social sign-in: if you choose Google or Facebook, we use the account identifier and email returned by that provider. We keep the linked provider identifier and connection date on your existing WordPress account. We do not request your contacts, posts or private messages, and do not store provider access or refresh tokens.
• Newsletter and waitlist sign-ups: your email address, an optional name, the page you signed up from, the date and a record of your request and email confirmation. We use this only to send the emails you asked for.
• Standard server logs: our host records technical information such as IP address and browser type for security and to keep the site running.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell or rent your personal information. The providers described here process limited information needed to operate the service.
• We don’t collect health information through our tools.
• We don’t use advertising trackers.

Signing in with Google or Facebook

Social sign-in is optional and currently restricted to testing. You can always use an email sign-in link. A verified social identity links to the same WordPress account, keeping purchases and Calm Plus access together. Where current ownership of an email cannot be established by the provider, we ask you to confirm an email link before the first connection. Linked provider identifiers are used for later sign-ins; changing your provider email does not create a duplicate account automatically.

Choosing a provider sends you to Google or Meta, which receives the information needed for its sign-in service, such as your browser and IP address. Their own privacy policies apply there. We do not load their advertising pixels or social-login JavaScript on this page. Our sign-in cookies are necessary for account sessions and for securing the short-lived sign-in request.

Signing in or buying does not subscribe you to marketing. The optional newsletter box starts unchecked. If you choose it, a separate confirmation email must be confirmed before a new marketing subscription becomes active.

You can disconnect a provider in My account and continue using an email link. For account or social-data deletion, follow these data deletion instructions.

Email

New sign-ups require email confirmation. We send the requested starter guide and, for newsletter subscribers, four follow-up messages at weekly intervals. Waitlist sign-ups receive messages about their selected launch. Our email provider is Hostinger, which processes email on our behalf. Every message includes an unsubscribe link; supported mail apps also offer one-click unsubscribe. Unconfirmed requests are removed within approximately 32 days. You can also email us to be removed.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the UK GDPR, Canada’s PIPEDA, Australia’s Privacy Act or US state privacy laws) you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information. Email hello@easybreezymind.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Retention and deletion

Account details and provider connections are kept while needed to provide your account or until an applicable deletion request is completed. Short-lived sign-in requests expire after 10–15 minutes. Some transaction or security records may need to be retained for accounting, fraud prevention or legal obligations; we will explain any applicable exception when handling your request. Device-only practice notes must be cleared on each device you used.

Children

EasyBreezyMind is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
