Data deletion

You can request deletion of your EasyBreezyMind account and the personal data associated with it, including Google or Facebook sign-in connections.

Request deletion

1. Email hello@easybreezymind.com from the email address used for your EasyBreezyMind account. Use the subject “EasyBreezyMind data deletion request”.
2. Tell us whether you want to remove a social connection, newsletter data, or your whole account and associated personal data. If you cannot access that email address, contact the same address so we can arrange appropriate ownership verification.
3. We will verify the request before deleting account data and respond within 30 days. Do not send passwords, login links, access tokens or app secrets.

What deletion covers

An account deletion request covers your WordPress account details, stored Google/Facebook account identifiers and sign-in connections, account sessions, and the personal data covered by your request. Tell us if the request also covers newsletter and waitlist records. Your purchases and Calm Plus access are attached to that account; deleting it removes your ability to access those purchases through the account.

Some transaction or security records may need to be retained for accounting, fraud prevention or legal obligations. If an exception applies, we will explain which records are retained and why. Removing a social connection alone does not delete your WordPress account or purchases.

Disconnect Google or Facebook

Sign in at My account and use the Disconnect button beside a connected provider. You can also remove EasyBreezyMind from the connected-app settings of your Google or Facebook account. Removing access at the provider does not itself erase all data already held by EasyBreezyMind; use the request above for that.

Newsletter emails

Use the unsubscribe link in an email to stop marketing messages. To delete the subscription record as well, include that in your deletion request. Social sign-in and purchasing never subscribe you automatically.

Practice notes on your device

Tool entries, quiz answers and your My Calm plan stay in your browser. We cannot remove those remotely. Clear them in My Calm, or clear the site’s storage in your browser settings. Repeat this on each device or browser you used.

Removing your EasyBreezyMind account does not delete your Google or Facebook account.
